Job summary

GlobalFoundries Singapore invites motivated students to join our Engagement & Retention Analytics internship. You will work with the Mfg HRBP on data-driven analytics, map employee touchpoints, and help shape retention strategies.

Expect mentorship, hands-on dashboard building, and exposure to business leaders as part of a meaningful industry experience. Ideal candidates are pursuing a bachelor’s degree in HR, business, psychology, or data analytics, willing to commit 16–24 weeks and at least 40

Qualifications

• Actively pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Data Analytics or related field.
• Must be available for at least 40 hours per week during the internship.
• Available for a 16-24 week credit-bearing internship commencing January 2027.
• Positive learning attitude and proactive mindset.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Mfg HRBP on employee engagement and retention analytics.
• Analyze historical engagement and retention metrics across departments.
• Create visual dashboards to support real-time decision making.
• Provide actionable insights to business leaders and stakeholders.
