Job summary

GlobalFoundries is seeking an HR Business Partner Intern to dive into engagement and retention analytics. You will work with seasoned professionals, gain hands-on experience in data-driven HR, and contribute to projects supporting workforce strategies.

You’ll analyze historical engagement metrics, map key lifecycle touchpoints, build dashboards, and communicate findings to leaders. The program offers mentorship, meaningful work, and opportunities for growth during a 16- to 24-week internship

Qualifications

• Education: Actively pursuing a relevant bachelor’s degree; good academic standing.
• Ability to work at least 40 hours per week during the internship.
• Available for a 16-24 week credit-bearing internship commencing January 2027.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Mfg HRBP with engagement & retention analytics.
• Analyze historical engagement metrics across departments.
• Learn to interpret data and map critical lifecycle touchpoints affecting retention.
• Create dashboards to support real-time decision making and present insights to leaders.
