Job summary

KOI THÉ SINGAPORE PTE LTD is looking for an experienced HR Business Partnering professional to collaborate with stakeholders, understand workforce needs, and deliver strategic HR support across the organization. You will drive workforce planning, employee engagement, and organizational development initiatives to align people strategies with business goals.

The role encompasses HR projects, process optimization, HRIS management, and analytics to enable informed decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5 years of HR experience, preferably with exposure to HR projects, HR systems, or process improvement.
• Experience with HRIS implementation or administration.
• Familiarity with AI tools for HR process automation is an advantage.
• Excellent analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI is an advantage.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in the F&B or retail industry, particularly in a multi-outlet environment, will be a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand workforce needs and provide HR support.
• Lead HR-related projects from planning to implementation.
• Review and streamline HR processes to improve efficiency and employee experience.
• Develop and maintain HR SOPs, workflows, and process documentation.
• Analyse HR data and prepare reports on recruitment, turnover, manpower, payroll, and other HR metrics.
• Develop HR dashboards and management reports to support business decisions.
• Identify trends and recommend data-driven improvement initiatives.
• Conduct salary benchmarking and HR market research.
