Job summary

ITS Science & Medical Pte Ltd is seeking an HR Transformation Intern to support the digitalisation of HR processes, develop SharePoint resources, and implement AI-enabled onboarding solutions across the group.

The role targets undergraduates in Information Systems or related fields, must be enrolled in a university internship programme, and available for a full-time commitment of 3 months or more, from Aug 2026 to Feb 2027, with potential extension.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Business Analytics, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Computer Science or a related discipline
• Internship must be part of the university's internship programme
• Available for a full‑time internship of at least 3 months
• Strong interest in digital transformation, AI and process improvement
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Detail-oriented with a willingness to learn
• High level of integrity and professionalism when handling business information

Responsibilities

• Assist in digitalising HR processes using Microsoft 365 tools
• Develop and maintain digital HR forms and workflow trackers
• Assist in creating a digital onboarding process
• Support the development of an AI-powered personalised onboarding solution
• Prototype automated onboarding induction presentations using approved AI tools
• Prepare user guides and documentation for developed solutions
• Assist in developing and maintaining the Group HR SharePoint Hub
• Organise HR templates, forms and knowledge resources
• Create and maintain HR FAQ pages and document libraries
• Prepare presentation materials for HR projects, workshops and management meetings

About the role

The HR Transformation Intern will support the Group HR transformation initiatives by assisting in the digitalisation of HR processes, development of SharePoint resources, AI-enabled onboarding solutions, and HR communication materials. This internship offers the opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in HR transformation, digital workplace technologies, and AI applications within a regional organisation.
