Job summary

Octomate Staffing, HRnetGroup's HRTech venture, offers an internship that goes beyond admin tasks. You'll gain hands-on exposure to recruitment, sourcing, interviewing, and staffing operations while working directly with candidates and real hiring projects.

You will build practical skills in communication, stakeholder management, and candidate relationships in a fast-paced environment at Orchard Road. Mentorship from experienced recruiters will support your growth, making this a strong stepping

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree at a local university.
• Singapore Citizen or PR only.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Enjoy interacting with people and building relationships.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous HR, recruitment, admin, or customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Post job advertisements across platforms
• Source, screen, and engage with candidates
• Coordinate interviews and support hiring activities
• Assist with staffing projects and candidate deployments
• Support timesheet tracking and payroll administration
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records
• Liaise with candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders
• Provide administrative support for day-to-day operations
