Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution
• 2–4 years of HRIS implementation, support or end-user experience
• Hands-on experience in requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and UAT
• Strong communication, problem-solving and self-management skills
• Workday Core HCM Certification is required

Aufgaben

• Gather and document business requirements; advise on HRIS design options
• Configure modules and support data migration to meet client needs
• Lead end-to-end demos and UAT with clients
• Deliver end-user training and prepare BRDs and training materials
• Provide post-implementation support within SLAs and implement minor enhancements
