Job summary

AMBITION GROUP SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an HR professional to handle daily HR operations and support HR events, leave, benefits, and appraisal processes. The role includes processing HR payments in the accounting system and assisting with org & headcount management.

You will contribute to the HR system implementation across testing, go-live and hypercare, perform data cleansing and UAT, and ensure smooth project execution with documentation, training, and ongoing user support.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR operations support, including appraisal process, org & headcount, leave & benefits, and HR events
• Raise HR payments in the accounting system
• Support the HR system implementation project across testing, go-live, and hypercare
• Assist with HR data cleansing, validation, and migration
• Support system verification and user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Maintain project documentation, test scripts, issue logs, and user guides
• Provide first-level user support during go-live and hypercare
• Assist with user training and communication activities
• Coordinate project meetings, workshops, and testing sessions
• Track project progress, action items, and follow-ups
• Support other ad-hoc HR projects and process improvements as needed
