Job summary

Talent First in Singapore seeks an HR professional to develop and implement manpower strategies and compensation frameworks that align with business needs. You will collaborate with managers to forecast workforce requirements, manage onboarding/offboarding, and ensure internal equity.

You will also develop HR policies, stay compliant with employment laws, and support special projects while driving efficiency across HR systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement manpower strategies to support timely recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding
• Work closely with department managers to assess manpower requirements and establish workforce budgets
• Review and enhance job grading structures and salary frameworks to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness
• Develop and align HR policies and procedures with business needs, audit standards, and regulatory requirements
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations while continuously improving HR processes and systems for greater efficiency
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and address human capital challenges
• Support special projects and undertake other duties as assigned
