Job summary

Sensetac Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced HR professional to partner with management on talent strategy, develop and implement HR policies, and lead end-to-end recruitment within a manufacturing environment. The role also oversees compensation trends, employee benefits, and relations, ensuring compliance and accurate record-keeping.

The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in HR or related field, hands-on payroll know-how, and proven ability to manage performance reviews and training

Qualifications

• Diploma in HR or related field required.
• Experience in manufacturing HR preferred.
• Knowledge of labor law and payroll processes.
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting.
• Experience with HRMS systems is a plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment process including interviewing and hiring to match skills and competencies with openings.
• Create and implement training and development plans; plan and coordinate performance reviews.
• Analyze compensation and benefits trends; propose competitive pay programs.
• Administer health, life insurance, and other employee benefit programs.
• Oversee employee relations including disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
• Maintain accurate employee records, organizational charts, job descriptions, and compensation data.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, WSH guidelines, and HR best practices while staying updated on industry trends.

Qualifications

• Prior hands-on experience with HRMS systems an advantage
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good problem-solving abilities
