Qualifications

Pursuing an undergraduate degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
Comfortable working with Google Suite applications (e.g., Sheets, Docs, Slides).
A team player with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Detail-oriented, analytical, proactive, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

Support HR administrative processes, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and personnel record management.
Maintain and update HR records to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
Assist in employee-related documentation.
Respond to employee HR-related queries and provide administrative support in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Collaborate with various HR teams on cross-functional projects and process improvement initiatives.
Perform other related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
