Job description
Key Responsibilities
  1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
    • Manage full-cycle recruitment for clinical, administrative, and corporate roles.
    • Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and job requirements.
    • Conduct initial screening, coordinate interviews, and ensure an efficient hiring experience.
    • Oversee onboarding and orientation to ensure smooth assimilation for new hires.
  2. HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
    • Maintain and update HRIS records, personnel files, and employee data accurately.
    • Administer employee benefits, leave management, and claims.
    • Handle contract renewals, confirmation processes, and probation appraisals.
    • Support end-to-end processes for employee movements such as transfers, promotions, and exit management.
  3. Performance & Training Support
    • Assist in performance appraisal cycles, KPI documentation, and staff development plans.
    • Coordinate training programmes, compliance courses, and tracking of certifications required by MOH or clinic operations.
    • Monitor training budgets and maintain records.
  4. HR Policies, Compliance & Governance
    • Ensure HR practices are aligned with MOM, PDPA, and MOH requirements.
    • Review and update HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks.
    • Prepare HR reports and dashboards for management review.
    • Assist in audit preparations and compliance documentation.
  5. Employee Engagement & Culture Building
    • Support initiatives that enhance staff morale, retention, and workplace culture.
    • Organise staff events, retreats, welfare programmes, and engagement activities.
    • Serve as a trusted point of contact for staff queries, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism.
Requirements
