Job summary

The Role: HR Intern – Process Improvement & People Analytics

Mission (About the Role)

We are seeking a proactive and analytically driven HR Intern to support process improvement and people analytics initiatives. This role offers hands‑on exposure to leveraging AI tools and data‑driven insights to enhance HR efficiency, decision‑making, and employee experience across the organization.

What will you do?
1. Process Improvement & Automation
  1. Map and analyze current HR processes (e.g. recruitment, onboarding, data management) to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
  2. Leverage AI and digital tools (e.g. Power Automate, Copilot, chatbots) to automate repetitive HR tasks
  3. Drive change & adoption across stakeholders
2. People Analytics & Insights
  1. Assist in collecting, cleaning, and analyzing HR data (e.g. attrition, hiring metrics, engagement trends)
  2. Support workforce planning and talent analytics initiatives
  3. Apply AI tools to derive insights, predictive trends, and data visualization
3. AI & Digital HR Enablement
  1. Explore and pilot AI‑based solutions to improve HR operations and employee experience
  2. Support the integration of AI tools in HR processes
4. Stakeholder Collaboration
  1. Partner with HR Business Partners and COEs to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions
  2. Support communication, training, and change management efforts for new tools or processes
What qualifications will make you successful?
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, Data Science / Analytics
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Copilot, automation tools) is a strong advantage
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and structured thinking capabilities, coupled with a keen interest in digital transformation
