Job summary

SUCCESS HUMAN RESOURCE CENTRE PTE. LTD. is seeking a detail-oriented HR Administrator in Singapore to manage payroll, employee data, and recruitment. The role includes CPF/IRAS submissions and handling MOM requirements, with responsibilities spanning HR documentation, training registrations, and staff welfare.

The successful candidate will have a diploma in HRM, familiarity with payroll software, and the ability to work independently while communicating effectively with all staff levels.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in HRM or related discipline.
• Well-versed with WHYZE or any payroll software.
• Open to candidates without experience or with 2–3 years of payroll experience.
• Well abreast with local employment regulations.
• Meticulous and detail oriented.
• Excellent communication skills – engage with all levels of staff.
• Be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Administer and process monthly payroll, salary advances, etc.
• Perform CPF & IRAS submissions and NS claims, etc.
• Gather, update and maintain staff personal data in the internal HR system (Whyze).
• Handle FW work passes & MOM requirements or inquiries.
• Handle the recruitment process, including selection and interviewing of candidates.
• Provide HR reports to Management and government authorities as needed.
• Administer employment paperwork such as contracts, confirmations, promotions, terminations.
• Administer performance appraisals with supervisors/managers.
• Handle employee relations issues and welfare.
• Oversee social activities for the company.
• Conduct induction training programs.
• Handle registrations for staff training courses and training grants.
