FISH & CO. RESTAURANTS PTE. LTD. is seeking an HR & Payroll Administrator in Singapore to manage e-leave and e-attendance via Info-Tech System, process payroll, and handle end-to-end HR life cycle from onboarding to offboarding.

The role requires a Diploma in HR/ Admin, at least 1 year of HR experience, and strong communication skills. Familiarity with MOM regulations and multitasking abilities are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

Diploma in HR/ Administrative or related field
1 year of HR & Payroll Administration experience
Familiar with MOM regulations and HR practices
Good communication, writing and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
Meticulous with a high level of integrity
A team player with a flair for numbers
Able to multi-task, responsible & willing to learn

Responsibilities

Manage E-leave & E-attendance via Info-Tech System including leave type entry, entitlement, application, certificate collection & approval and daily attendance
General Ledger experience will be preferred
Ensure timely & accurate submissions in all government and related claims (IR8A/IR21, childcare, maternity/paternity leave etc.)
Work pass administration: applications, renewal, cancellation and issuance
Coordinate with departments on hiring plans, resignations, confirmations and HR matters
Provide advice and handle employee inquiries on HR-related matters
Perform daily HR duties from on-boarding to off-boarding
Responsible for monthly payroll and salary processing
Maintain proper filing system & employee records
Undertake ad-hoc projects as directed by superior/management
