RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking an HR Payments Executive for a 3-month contract at One-North, Singapore. The role handles HR-related payments, data entry, and document control within a healthcare environment.

You will ensure accuracy, compliance with policies, and timely processing while coordinating with internal teams. The ideal candidate has a diploma in HR or business, 1-2 years of relevant healthcare experience, and strong Excel skills to manage high-volume tasks and maintain data

Qualifications

• Diploma in Human Resource or Business-related discipline.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Ability to handle high-volume activities and maintain data confidentiality.
• Able to work under tight timelines and adapt to changing priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Perform HR-related payment processing activities (payments, reimbursements, manpower billing, honorarium) accurately and timely.
• Ensure data is entered correctly and maintain proper documentation.
• Check and verify supporting documents before processing; escalate discrepancies.
• Receive, sort, file and maintain HR payment-related documents per procedures.
• Follow guidelines, policies and legislative requirements in HR processing tasks.
• Monitor tasks to ensure service standards; flag delays or issues.
• Liaise with internal teams or external stakeholders to obtain missing information.
• Assist with ad hoc operational or administrative tasks.
