Job summary

LVMH Singapore is seeking an HR Executive to support HR operations across mobility, onboarding, HRIS data management, and employee engagement. The role involves coordinating visas/work passes, processing new hires and benefits enrollment, and maintaining accurate HR records.

The ideal candidate has a diploma/degree in HR or related field, strong attention to detail, and solid proficiency in MS Office and HR systems. Prior internship or experience in HR operations is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in HR, business admin or related field.
• Internship or working experience in HR operations is advantageous.
• Understanding of HR processes, documentation and work passes.
• Meticulous and detail-oriented with ownership and accountability in records.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to work with employees and vendors.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support employee mobility, onboarding and HRIS data management.
• Assist with work pass matters and related documentation.
• Provide guidance on HR policies, processes and benefits.
• Coordinate onboarding activities and prepare new hire letters and accounts.
• Maintain accurate HR records and generate HR reports as needed.
