Job summary

LVMH Beauty – LVMH Fragrances and Cosmetics in Singapore is seeking an HR Executive to support mobility, onboarding, HRIS data management and employee engagement. You will coordinate transfers, accommodations, school enrolments, and visa/work permit processes, while ensuring accurate HR records and timely reporting.

In addition, you will manage onboarding documentation, benefits enrolment and payroll data, and plan orientations.

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
Internship or working experience in HR operations, mobility or onboarding is advantageous.
Good understanding of HR processes, documentation and work pass matters.
Meticulous with data accuracy and strong ownership.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work with employees, HRBPs and vendors.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; comfortable with HR systems and data entry.

Responsibilities

Assist with employee mobility, including transfers, accommodations, flights and school enrolment logistics.
Support onboarding: prepare letters, create accounts, manage benefits enrolment and payroll documents.
Maintain HRIS data; ensure accuracy and timely updates; assist with HR reporting.
Develop and execute employee engagement activities; plan team events and surveys.
Provide general HR support and guidance on policies, procedures and benefits; handle work pass matters.
