Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in HRM, HRD, Hospitality Management, Tourism Management, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Human Resources or personnel-related functions.
• Strong planning, organisational, and administrative skills with attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work with associates at all levels.
• Team player with ability to build collaborative relationships across departments.
• Social media savvy with interest in employer branding and recruitment marketing.
• Comfortable using HR systems, Microsoft Office, and digital collaboration tools.
• Curious and adaptable towards AI, automation, and emerging workplace technologies.
• Experience with HRIS, ATS platforms, recruitment marketing tools, or AI-assisted productivity platforms is advantageous.
• Strong analytical mindset to interpret HR data and extract insights.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth operation of the HR Department.
• Maintain accurate personnel records, employee files, and HR documentation.
• Support end-to-end talent acquisition activities: posting jobs, screening applications, coordinating interviews, reference checks, offers.
• Assist with onboarding activities and work pass applications where applicable.
• Support employee engagement, recognition, benefits administration, and employee relations initiatives.
• Ensure HR channels and digital platforms are updated with relevant content.
• Support adoption of AI-enabled and digital HR tools to improve efficiency and employee experience.
• Build positive relationships with associates across departments and provide HR guidance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, HR procedures, and local employment law.
