Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking an HR Operations Executive for Performance Management & Recruitment at Raffles Place, One Marina Boulevard. This contract role offers renewal potential and a Monday–Friday 8:30am–6:00pm schedule, at $22/hour.

You will support end-to-end performance management and HR data handling, while coordinating recruitment activities, onboarding, and documentation. The role involves HR reporting, stakeholder coordination, and ad-hoc HR projects in Singapore.

Responsabilités

• Support the end-to-end performance management cycle, including appraisal administration and moderation logistics
• Handle HR data management, system administration, reporting and stakeholder coordination
• Support recruitment activities including job postings, interview scheduling and candidate coordination
• Liaise with Institutes of Higher Learning and support career fairs and employer branding initiatives
• Coordinate hiring managers' and candidates' availability for interviews
• Support new hire onboarding, orientation and documentation
• Assist with contract administration and employee offboarding processes
• Plan and coordinate staff engagement and recruitment activities/events
• Maintain employee personnel files and HR records
• Support HR data reporting and ensure information is accurately maintained
• Assist with general HR operations and ad-hoc HR projects
