Job summary

IL Network Pte Ltd in the West Region of Singapore is seeking an HR Operations & Payroll professional to manage the full employee lifecycle and payroll processes for a growing team.

The role covers onboarding, contracts, probation, performance reviews, EP/S Pass management, policy updates, and benefits administration, with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and confidential handling of records.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR operations and payroll administration.
• Familiarity with MOM work passes (EP, S Pass, WP).
• Ability to manage confidential employee records and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage full employee lifecycle including onboarding, contracts, probation, performance reviews and renewals.
• Maintain accurate records in HRIS and physical files; ensure confidentiality.
• Handle MOM work pass applications, renewals, amendments and cancellations.
• Coordinate employee performance appraisals and contract renewals.
• Assist in developing and updating HR policies, handbooks, SOPs.
