Singapore-based S & D CONTRACTOR PTE. LTD. is seeking a diligent HR Administration Assistant to support recruitment and onboarding activities.

You will screen candidates, arrange and coordinate interviews, advertise and schedule candidates for interview, and manage the end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes, including EP/work pass applications and renewals, while handling daily administrative tasks.

• Manage end-to-end process of onboarding and off boarding of employees
• Handle EP, work pass application, renewal, and cancellation
• Support daily administration/operations matters
