You will coordinate job postings, interview arrangements, candidate communications and employment documents, and liaise with schools regarding internship placements. You will also manage onboarding, HRIS records, leave administration, and Work Pass processes, while supporting payroll, training coordination and benefits administration as part of HR

Responsibilities

• Recruitment: coordinate job postings, interview arrangements and candidate communications.
• Onboarding: oversee new employee onboarding, orientation and internship programmes.
• Work pass: handle MOM-related applications, renewals and cancellations.
• Payroll: assist with attendance, overtime, leaves and allowances for payroll processing.
• Training: coordinate employee training programmes and licence renewals.
• Employee relations: address policy inquiries, benefits and employment matters.
• General admin: support office admin, events and CSR programmes.
• Stakeholder coordination: liaise with internal departments, government agencies and vendors.
