United Overseas Bank Limited (UOB) is seeking an experienced HR Operations professional to serve as a key subject matter expert within Employee Services, covering onboarding, offboarding, data management, and compliance.

You will partner with HR teams and external vendors to deliver seamless lifecycle services, ensure data integrity, and drive automation and process improvements in a fast-paced banking environment.

• Employee data management and reporting.
• Experience with risk/compliance in HR processes.

Responsabilités

• Serve as SME for complex HR operational issues and drive resolutions.
• Partner with HR teams, business stakeholders, and vendors for lifecycle services.
• Ensure integrity of employee data in HR systems and governance reporting.
• Support background screening, work pass, onboarding, and lifecycle processes per policies.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and improve processes.
• Monitor operational risks and ensure compliance with regulations and audit standards.
• Support Team Lead with workload management, stakeholder engagement, and initiatives.
• Coach team members to foster knowledge sharing and operational excellence.
