Job summary

TALENT TRADER GROUP PTE. LTD. is seeking an HR Generalist to manage the Singapore office's HR operations, drive recruitment, and implement policies compliant with local regulations.

You will handle onboarding, performance reviews, payroll coordination, and employee relations within a dynamic logistics context. The role emphasizes developing HR processes, supporting manpower planning, and fostering a positive workplace culture as the company expands its regional footprint.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of HR Generalist experience, preferably in Freight Forwarding, Logistics or Transportation industry.
• Solid knowledge of Singapore employment regulations and HR practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage full spectrum of HR operational activities for the Singapore office.
• Lead recruitment across operational, sales, commercial, and corporate functions.
• Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures in line with Singapore regulations.
• Oversee onboarding, documentation, performance reviews, leave, benefits and employee relations.
• Support management with manpower planning, workforce development, and organisational initiatives.
• Coordinate payroll-related HR matters and maintain accurate employee records.
• Provide HR guidance to employees and management on day-to-day issues.
• Promote a positive workplace culture and employee engagement.
• Assist with development of HR processes as the business grows.
• Ensure HR practices align with operational requirements.
• Contribute to ad hoc projects as needed.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management or equivalent
• At least 3 - 5 years of HR Generalist experience, preferably within Freight Forwarding, Logistics or Transportation industry
• Good understanding of the HR practices and working environment within the logistics or freight forwarding industry
• Familiar with Singapore employment regulations and HR practices
