Job summary

RED CHAMBER PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an HR professional to oversee end-to-end operations, including recruitment, policy development, payroll, and compliance with Singapore employment laws. The role supports business growth and ensures regulatory alignment.

The position focuses on work pass management, workforce planning, employee relations, and maintaining accurate HR records, with Monday–Friday hours and location in Punggol.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations to ensure effective workforce management
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with Singapore employment laws to maintain regulatory compliance
• Lead workforce planning and manpower strategy development to support operational needs and business objectives
• Administer all Work Pass matters (S Pass, Work Permit, Employment Pass) including application, renewal, and compliance monitoring to meet MOM requirements
• Liaise with Ministry of Manpower and other government authorities to ensure adherence to regulatory standards
• Oversee payroll processing and compensation and benefits administration to ensure accurate and timely employee remuneration
• Maintain accurate HR records, reports, and documentation to support organizational transparency and audit readiness
• Provide strategic HR guidance to management on employee relations and organizational development initiatives
