Job summary

one peridot pte. ltd. is seeking an HR Generalist to support end-to-end people operations in Singapore. You will develop and post job advertisements, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews to attract suitable candidates.

The role also covers onboarding, conflict resolution, employee engagement, counseling, and the administration of performance appraisal and feedback processes. You will work with senior management to drive development and training initiatives.
