YTL PowerSeraya Pte. Limited is seeking an HR Intern to support recruitment, training, and operations within a collaborative team. You will gain hands-on experience across the full cycle of human capital management while contributing to ongoing HR projects.

The ideal candidate is pursuing an HR-related degree, is proactive, detail-oriented and comfortable working with confidential information. This internship offers on-the-job training and mentorship in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resource Consulting, Management, Development, Psychology, Business, or a related field, with a keen interest in Human Capital Management & Development.
• Independent, dynamic, and resourceful team player with strong planning, organization, detail orientation, problem-solving, stakeholder engagement, communication, and interpersonal relations.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Prior experience or internships in HR is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Training and Development (70%): Support the Training Needs Analysis cycle, including the procurement of training providers.
• Manage training registration and assist in the coordination of training programs.
