DI YI TCM PTE. LTD. is seeking an HR Generalist to manage the full spectrum of HR functions in Singapore. The role covers payroll processing, records maintenance, and answering staff on HR policies.

You will assist with recruitment, handle work passes, leaves, and insurance matters, while ensuring compliance with regulatory acts. Candidates should be self-driven with confidentiality and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources, Accounting or equivalent.
• 2-3 years' working experience in HR.
• Knowledge of Employment Act and Work Injury Compensation Act.
• Experience with payroll is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Handle full spectrum of HR functions.
• Maintain accurate HR database and up-to-date employee records.
• Well-versed in payroll function to ensure timely and accurate payroll.
• Assist with recruitment: job postings, interviewing, orientation.
• Manage work passes: quota calculation, applications, renewals, cancellations.
• Leave management and medical records.
• Assist and manage company insurance updates and claims.
• Advise staff on HR policies and procedures.
• Ensure HR policies comply with regulations.
• Maintain payroll documentation and yearly submissions (IR8A/IR21).
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management.
