Qualifications

• 1–2 years of HR experience preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Coordinate interviews and support new hire onboarding.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Assist with payroll and attendance-related matters.
• Support employee engagement and HR initiatives.
• Handle day-to-day HR administration and employee enquiries.
• Assist with offboarding and exit processes.
• Support HR projects and process improvements.
