Job summary

ONE VOGUE PTE. LTD. is seeking an HR Executive - Generalist to join our team in Singapore. The role is a five‑day work week (Mon‑Fri) located at Tuas with company transport provided. Basic salary ranges from S$3,300 to S$3,500 per month.

Responsibilities include coordinating recruitment with agencies, managing onboarding and work passes, and supporting payroll, HR records, and reporting. You will assist with contracts, promotions and employee communications under the HR Manager.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good coordination skills in managing external recruitment agencies and vendors.
• Able to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment activities with agencies and interview scheduling.
• Onboard employees; manage work passes, renewals and cancellations.
• Support payroll processing by checking attendance and overtime data.
• Maintain HR records with confidentiality and proper documentation.
• Prepare HR documents such as contracts, confirmations, increments, promotions and other letters.
• Monitor confirmations and performance appraisal schedules.
• Prepare monthly/ad hoc HR reports and coordinate training and welfare initiatives.
• Provide day-to-day HR support with the HR Manager on HR/administrative matters.
