    The Human Resource Specialist position at PP Consumer Private Limited in Mumbai - Wadala - New Cuff Parade requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in HR. As a part of a fast-growing organization managing various brands within the beauty, wellness, and fragrance industries, including Dr. Rashel, Mary Jo K, Petrol Perfume, and Sponsor Nails, you will play a crucial role in supporting the people, processes, and performance within the company.Your key responsibilities will include managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle for all departments, sourcing candidates through different channels, conducting interviews, shortlisting candidates, and coordinating with department heads for final selections. Additionally, you will be responsible for onboarding new employees and ensuring their smooth integration into the organization.In terms of compliance and HR operations, you will need to ensure statutory and regulatory HR compliance, maintain employee records and contracts as per legal requirements, and manage HRMS or other HR tools for data accuracy and process efficiency.Employee engagement and culture will also be a significant part of your role, where you will design and implement engagement programs aligned with the company culture, handle employee queries and grievances, and organize team-building activities, training sessions, and performance feedback initiatives.Furthermore, you will assist in goal setting, appraisals, and performance evaluation processes, working closely with department heads to ensure consistent feedback and career development planning for all employees.To be considered for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with a minimum of 4 years of proven experience in an HR generalist/specialist role.
