Singaporean Only! HR Executive (Exp in Recruitment/West/Up to $3400)

Company Transport pickup locations: Woodlands, Jurong East, Bukit Gombak, Bukit Batok, Sembawang, Chinese Garden, Lakeside, Choa Chu Kang.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update employee personal files and leave records, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and proper documentation
  • Prepare, compile, and submit monthly or ad hoc HR reports to the HR Manager
  • Review and update Time Management System (TMS) reports and overtime requisitions to support payroll processing
  • Monitor employee confirmation timelines and coordinate timely performance appraisals with immediate supervisors
  • Draft and issue HR-related letters, including employment contracts, confirmation letters, increment and promotion letters, etc.
  • Assist in planning and organizing company events and staff welfare activities
  • Coordinate and arrange staff training programs; liaise with training providers and institutions as needed
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and selection
