Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Singapore West is seeking a Talent Acquisition professional on a 1-year contract to support full-cycle recruitment for pharmacy/medical sectors. You will source, screen, interview, coordinate selection processes, and work with hiring managers to fulfill vacancies on time.

Onboarding and HR operations support, MOH funding claims, and vaccination record updates are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, HRM, or related field.
• 1–2 years recruitment experience, preferably in pharmacy/medical/diagnostic/allied health.

Responsibilities

• Support full-cycle recruitment to meet manpower needs for new polyclinic openings, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating selection processes.
• Source through job portals, career fairs, social media, agencies, and educational partners to attract quality candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements, develop selection criteria, and ensure timely fulfillment of vacancies.
• Monitor recruitment progress and flag challenges to meet staffing timelines.
• Coordinate onboarding with HR Shared Services and ensure smooth offboarding for departing employees.
• Liaise with uniform vendor to activate access for new hires to order uniforms.
• Submit MOH funding claims regularly per guidelines and timelines.
• Ensure vaccination records are updated in the S3 and MOH systems and maintained for audit readiness.
• Provide administrative and coordination support for HR initiatives, projects, and ad hoc tasks.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment and HR operations.

Job Scope

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

Leverage various recruitment channels (job portals, career fairs, social media, agencies, and educational partners) to attract quality candidates.

Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements, develop selection criteria, and ensure timely fulfilment of vacancies.

Monitor recruitment progress and highlight potential challenges to ensure staffing timelines are met.

Onboarding, Offboarding & HR Operations

Coordinate with HR Shared Services to ensure smooth end-to-end onboarding for new hires and timely offboarding for departing employees.

Liaise with the uniform vendor to activate access for new hires to order uniforms.

Submit funding claims to MOH regularly in accordance with required guidelines and timelines.

Ensure vaccination records are accurately updated in the S3 and MOH system and maintained for audit readiness.

General HR Support

Provide administrative and coordination support for HR initiatives, projects, and ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment and HR operational processes.
