Job summary

National University Health System is seeking an diligent HR professional to support talent acquisition and HR operations across polyclinic openings in Singapore. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, liaise with hiring managers, and ensure timely onboarding and offboarding.

You will leverage multiple channels to attract candidates, maintain accurate records in MOH/S3 systems, and contribute to HR process improvements in a dynamic healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resource Management, or related discipline.
• 1-2 years of HR experience; healthcare or large organisations advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to work with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

• Support full-cycle recruitment to meet manpower needs for new polyclinic openings, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating selection processes.
• Leverage various recruitment channels (job portals, career fairs, social media, agencies, and educational partners) to attract quality candidates.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements, develop selection criteria, and ensure timely fulfilment of vacancies.
• Monitor recruitment progress and highlight potential challenges to ensure staffing timelines are met.

Onboarding, Offboarding & HR Operations

• Coordinate with HR Shared Services to ensure smooth end-to-end onboarding for new hires and timely offboarding for departing employees.
• Liaise with the uniform vendor to activate access for new hires to order uniforms.
• Submit funding claims to MOH regularly in accordance with required guidelines and timelines.
• Ensure vaccination records are accurately updated in the S3 and MOH system and maintained for audit readiness.

General HR Support

• Provide administrative and coordination support for HR initiatives, projects, and ad hoc tasks as assigned.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment and HR operational processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resource Management, or related discipline.
• At least 1-2 years of relevant HR experience; experience in large organisations or healthcare settings will be advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Able to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Meticulous, organised, and strong in problem-solving with a high level of initiative.
