Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore West seeks a Talent Acquisition & HR Operations specialist on a 1-year contract. You will support full-cycle recruitment for new polyclinic openings, sourcing candidates, screening, interviewing, and coordinating selections.

You will also manage onboarding, offboarding, HR operations, and liaison with vendors for uniforms. You will partner with hiring managers to define needs, create criteria, and ensure timely filling of vacancies, while maintaining MOH

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HRM or related field is required.
• 1–2 years HR experience, preferably in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Support full-cycle recruitment to meet manpower needs for new polyclinic openings, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating selection processes.
• Leverage various recruitment channels (job portals, career fairs, social media, agencies, and educational partners) to attract quality candidates.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements, develop selection criteria, and ensure timely fulfilment of vacancies.
• Monitor recruitment progress and highlight potential challenges to ensure staffing timelines are met.
• Coordinate with HR Shared Services for end‑to‑end onboarding and timely offboarding.
• Liaise with uniform vendor to activate access for new hires to order uniforms.
• Submit MOH funding claims regularly per guidelines and timelines.
• Ensure vaccination records are updated in S3 and MOH systems for audit readiness.
• Provide administrative support for HR initiatives and projects and contribute to process improvement.

Job Scope:

• Coordinate with HR Shared Services to ensure smooth end‑to‑end onboarding for new hires and timely offboarding for departing employees.


• Liaise with the uniform vendor to activate access for new hires to order uniforms.


• Submit funding claims to MOH regularly in accordance with required guidelines and timelines.


• Ensure vaccination records are accurately updated in the S3 and MOH system and maintained for audit readiness.


• General HR Support


• Provide administrative and coordination support for HR initiatives, projects, and ad hoc tasks as assigned.


• Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment and HR operational processes.

Job Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resource Management, or related discipline.


• Min. 1-2 years relevant HR experience preferably in healthcare roles
