PROFESSIONAL TESTING SERVICES PTE LTD is seeking an HR Executive to support core HR functions in Singapore, including recruitment, employee administration, training coordination, engagement and HR operations. The ideal candidate will maintain structured records, work independently, exercise sound judgment and collaborate across the organisation to drive efficient HR workflows.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a HR Generalist or HR Operations role.
  • Good understanding of the Singapore Employment Act, MOM work pass administration and HR compliance requirements.
  • Good command of written and spoken English, with the ability to prepare HR documentation and communicate professionally with employees and external parties.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and HRIS systems.
  • Meticulous and highly organised, with strong ownership and accountability in handling assigned responsibilities.
  • Able to assess information critically, exercise sound judgement and flag potential compliance risks.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day HR operations and provide HR support to employees and management.
  • Handle the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, onboarding and pre-employment administration.
  • Manage employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, confirmation, transfer, promotion, resignation and offboarding processes.
  • Handle MOM work pass matters, including applications, renewals, cancellations and related submissions.
  • Coordinate and administer employee training and development activities, including training records, documentation and follow-up actions.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files and HR documentation.
  • Administer employee leave, attendance, insurance, claims and other HR-related matters.
  • Prepare employment contracts, employment letters, HR reports, HR communications and other HR documentation.
  • Respond to employees' HR queries and provide guidance on company policies, procedures and HR-related matters.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation for HR audits and statutory reporting
  • Ensure day-to-day HR practices align with Singapore employment legislation, MOM requirements and company policies.
  • Plan and organise employee engagement initiatives, company events and team-bonding activities to foster teamwork and workplace morale.
  • Support the HR Manager in reviewing and improving HR processes, procedures, documentation and record management practices.
  • Support the HR Manager on employee relations matters, including employee feedback, grievance handling and disciplinary administration.
  • Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.

About the role

Professional Testing Services Pte Ltd (PTS) is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support key Human Resource functions, including recruitment, employee administration, training coordination, employee engagement and HR operations. Reporting to the HR Manager, the successful candidate will play an important role in HR operations, maintaining accurate HR records, ensuring compliance with employment regulations and contributing to the continuous improvement of HR processes and practices.
