Job summary

NTUC is seeking an HR intern to gain hands-on experience across analytics, reporting and recruitment support. You will work with the HR team to collect, clean and analyse data for workforce planning and employee engagement.

You will assist in building dashboards using Excel, Power BI or Tableau to track HR metrics, and help prepare reports for management review. You may help coordinate career fairs and employer branding activities while providing general admin support.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing or recently completed degree in HR, Business, or related field.
Strong analytical mindset and ability to summarise data insights.
Interest in workforce planning, recruitment and HR analytics.

Responsibilities

Collect, clean and analyse HR data to support workforce planning and employee engagement.
Support the development and enhancement of HR dashboards using Excel, Power BI or Tableau to track HR metrics.
Prepare HR reports and presentations for management review.
Support recruitment activities, including coordinating career fairs, campaigns and employer branding projects, and job postings.
Conduct research and benchmarking on HR analytics practices to provide insights.
Provide administrative and project support to the HR team.
