Job summary

NTUC is seeking an HR intern to gain hands-on experience across analytics, reporting and recruitment support. You will work with the HR team to collect, clean and analyse data for workforce planning and employee engagement.

You will assist in building dashboards using Excel, Power BI or Tableau to track HR metrics, and help prepare reports for management review. You may help coordinate career fairs and employer branding activities while providing general admin support.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to summarise data insights.
• Interest in workforce planning, recruitment and HR analytics.

Responsibilities

We are looking for 1 intern to join our HR Team. During your internship, you will be deeply immersed in NTUC, its mission, history and values.

In this internship, you'll gain hands-on experience through these key areas of responsibilities:

• Assist in collecting, cleaning and analysing HR data to support workforce planning, recruitment, learning & development and employee engagement initiatives.
• Support the development and enhancement of HR dashboards using Excel, Power BI or Tableau to track HR metrics and KPIs.
• Assist in preparing HR reports and presentations for management review and decision-making.
• Support recruitment activities, including coordinating career fairs, recruitment campaigns and employer branding projects, as well as handling job postings and interview scheduling.
• Conduct research and benchmarking on HR analytics practices and trends to provide insights for ongoing projects.
• Provide administrative and project support to the HR team to ensure smooth execution of HR initiatives.
