A leading consulting firm in Singapore is looking for a candidate to join their team, responsible for finance support, HR operations, and administration tasks. This role requires strong accounting knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in Accounting and experience with Navision software is a plus. Job Description
  • Finance Support – Assist Finance Manager with daily accounting entries, monthly closing, and government grant claims.
  • HR Operations – Manage full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, CPF, tax filings (IR21, IR8A), insurance, and staff exits.
  • Administration – Oversee office management, meetings, corporate activities, and company SOP/handbook updates.
  • Compliance & Reporting – Handle government submissions (surveys, statistics, grants) and ensure accurate leave/attendance records.
  • General Support – Manage company assets, premises insurance, and handle ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements
  • Preferably with a minimum Diploma in Accounting or relevant experience in an HR role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word and Excel
  • Knowledge and experience in Navision accounting software will be an advantage
