Responsibilities

• Support recruitment and interview coordination
• Assist with new hire onboarding and documentation
• Support work pass applications, renewals and cancellations
• Update employee records and HR system
• Coordinate employee training and maintain training records
• Assist with general HR administration and employee matters
• Maintain proper filing of HR documents
• Support other HR duties as assigned
