Job summary

NSL OILCHEM WASTE MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking an HR Assistant for a 5-month maternity cover in Singapore. You will support recruitment, onboarding, and documentation, and assist with work pass processes.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma/Degree in HR or related field, has basic HR knowledge, and is proficient with Microsoft Office. Strong communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn are essential; part-time students and interns are welcome.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
• Basic HR knowledge or relevant experience is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented, responsible and willing to learn.
• Able to commit for 5 months.
• Part-time students/interns are welcome to apply.
• Eligibility: Singapore Citizens only.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment and interview coordination.
• Assist with new hire onboarding and documentation.
• Support work pass applications, renewals and cancellations.
• Update employee records and HR system.
• Coordinate employee training and maintain training records.
• Assist with general HR administration and employee matters.
• Maintain proper filing of HR documents.
• Support other HR duties as assigned.
