AAC Technologies PTE. LTD. is seeking an HR Governance professional to support policy administration, governance, and compliance monitoring. You will ensure documentation accuracy, maintain policy records, and assist with audit readiness in a confidential, detail-oriented environment.

The role involves coordinating communications, managing work-pass processes, and preparing governance reports. You will work at the Tampines site and contribute to continuous improvements in HR compliance.

Formación

• Bachelor degree in HR, business administration or related discipline.
• Strong attention to details, organisation and document management.
• Good Excel and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information and follow procedures.
• Willing to work in Tampines.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain HR policies, SOPs, approval records and document version control.
• Coordinate policy communications and track employee acknowledgements.
• Maintain compliance calendars and flag upcoming deadlines.
• Support work-pass documentation and track application, renewal and cancellation status.
• Prepare HR evidence for internal, external and audited reviews.
• Track audit findings, corrective actions and supporting closure evidence.
• Check employee files and HR transactions against approved checklists; escalate gaps.
• Support employee relations case documentation with strict confidentiality.
• Prepare compliance trackers and monthly governance reports.
• Coordinate with relevant departments on assigned compliance actions.
• Other HR duties assigned.
