Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking an HR Associate to support day-to-day HR operations for a public healthcare institution. You will work with employees, managers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth HR services across onboarding, payroll, leave, and performance processes.

The role emphasizes accuracy, confidentiality, and collaborative teamwork within a structured HR environment.

Qualifications

Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
Prior HR or admin experience, preferably in healthcare or public sector.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel/Word) and able to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

Provide administrative and operational support across the employee lifecycle (onboarding to offboarding).
Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS updates.
Assist with recruitment activities, including job postings and interview coordination.
Respond to HR-related enquiries and follow up promptly.
Support leaves, attendance, claims, and other employee administration.
Prepare HR reports, statistics and MIS.
Coordinate staff orientation, training and HR programmes.
Support annual HR processes like performance appraisals and salary reviews.
Ensure HR documentation complies with policies and requirements.
Undertake other HR duties and projects as assigned.
