Job summary

PERSOL Singapore is seeking an HR Generalist to support the Group Shared Services in onboarding, offboarding, and onsite activities within healthcare. You will collaborate with stakeholders to deliver accurate HR services, ensuring policies and procedures are followed and data is handled confidentially.

In this role you will assist with high-volume HR processes, maintain HR systems, and help create a positive on-site experience for new hires and exiting staff while meeting SLA and KPI targets.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in HR or business discipline.
• Experience in healthcare HR or related field preferred.
• Able to handle large volumes of data with confidentiality.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to HR Manager and Team Lead in developing and implementing policies and programmes.
• Collaborate with Institution HR Business Partners to deliver HR services.
• Administer onboarding and offboarding processes.

About the role

Ensure the HR Group Shared Services are delivered consistently, accurately, and promptly. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to support Onboarding, Offboarding, and Onsite-related activities.

Key responsibilities

• Provide support to the Manager and Team Lead in the review, development and implementation of policies, plans, processes and programmes.
• Work with Institution HR Business Partners and staff in providing value-adding HR services and support.
• Administer and execute HR functions and processes in relation to Onboarding and Offboarding.
• Support and improve on-site experience for new hires and leavers through Onboarding and Offboarding stages.
• Ensure the services are delivered in line with Healthcare policies and comply to all relevant Legislation requirement.
• Deliver the HR activities that meet the service level agreement (SLA) and key performance indicators (KPIs) within Healthcare HR Group Shared Services.
• Ensure HR systems are maintained accurately based on agreed procedures and team standards.

About you

• Diploma in Human Resource or Business-related discipline.
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience especially in healthcare sector.
• Able to manage high-volume activities and handle data confidentiality.
• Able to work under tight timeline and respond to changing priorities.
• IT savvy and comfortable with the use of Microsoft Excel to handle large amount of data.
• Organised, meticulous and proactive.
• A team player with good interpersonal skills.
