Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking an HR support professional for a 1-year contract at the West location. You will assist in policy reviews, onboarding and offboarding, and deliver HR services in partnership with the HR team.

The role requires a diploma in HR or related field, 1–2 years in healthcare HR, and the ability to handle high-volume tasks with strict data confidentiality. On-site duties and local compliance are key aspects of this position.

Qualifications

• Min. Diploma in Human Resource or Business-related discipline.
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience especially in healthcare sector.
• Able to manage high-volume activities and handle data confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the Manager and Team Lead in reviewing, developing and implementing HR policies, plans, processes and programmes.
• Collaborate with Institution HR Business Partners and staff to provide HR services and support.
• Administer onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Support on-site experience for new hires and leavers through onboarding and offboarding stages.
• Ensure services align with policies and comply with relevant legislation.
• Maintain HR systems accurately according to procedures and team standards.
