Job summary

A healthcare solutions provider in Singapore is seeking a Human Resource Officer to manage the end-to-end hiring processes, oversee work passes, and maintain employee records. Candidates should possess a Diploma in Business Studies or equivalent, along with good organizational and communication skills. Job Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end hiring processes, including job postings, sourcing, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
  • Oversee application and renewal of work passes (EP, S Pass, Work Permits).
  • Maintaining employee records, leave management, staff benefits and updating HR databases.
  • Assist with contractors’ attendance tracking and reports preparation.
  • Provide general administrative support to the office, handle general services including procurement of office supplies and assist with adhoc duties as required.
  • Coordinate corporate secretarial related matters when required.
Requirements and skills
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field, fresh graduate is welcome.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint) applications.
  • Good working attitude, integrity, communication skills, interpersonal skills.
