ASIA EDGE PTE. LTD. seeks a Temporary HR & Admin Assistant to support a wide range of HR and administrative duties across Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and the Philippines. The role focuses on recruitment coordination, onboarding, documentation and staff engagement within a six-month timeframe.
The position involves managing attendance, insurance administration, and HR policy updates while collaborating with Directors and team leaders to ensure smooth operations and timely HR processes.
Temporary Staff for 6 months:
Start Date : Mid-September 2026 to End March 2027 (Can be extendable depending on agreement)
Salary Range : SGD 2,000 - SGD 2,500
Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process for local and international hires, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, calendar management via Microsoft Outlook, and conducting initial screening interviews where required.
Coordinate and manage employee onboarding, orientation, and pre-employment documentation to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
Administer employee confirmation, probation review, and annual performance appraisal processes, ensuring timely completion and proper documentation.
Coordinate monthly sales coaching sessions and work closely with the Sales Manager and external consultant to ensure effective scheduling and follow-up.
Manage employee insurance and benefits administration across Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, and the Philippines, including policy renewals, enrolments, and Indonesian staff insurance arrangements.
Plan, coordinate, and facilitate employee engagement activities and initiatives, including monthly engagement sessions in the absence of the Human Resource Executive.
Maintain accurate employee records, leave administration, attendance records, and employee information through relevant HR systems and portals.
Consolidate and monitor daily attendance reports and highlight any discrepancies or issues for follow-up.
Assist in the preparation of employment-related documents, including employment contracts, confirmation letters, promotion letters, warning letters, and other HR correspondence.
Ensure employee handbooks, HR policies, SOPs, and internal guidelines are reviewed and updated regularly to remain relevant and compliant.
Liaise closely with Directors, Team Leaders, and employees on HR matters and provide prompt support for ad-hoc requests and projects.
Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Directors or Team Leaders from time to time.
