Responsibilities

  • Ensure cleanliness of clubhouses and other facilities.
  • Supervise a team of changing/locker room attendants.
  • Maintain records of towels, toiletries, and locker keys.
  • Manage the lost-and-found system accurately.
  • Prepare weekly duty roster for housekeeping staff.
  • Conduct inspections and report maintenance needs.
  • Assist in club events and functions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure all clubhouses, halfway houses, changing rooms, toilets, staff facilities, offices, and car parks are kept clean and well-maintained
  • Supervise a team of male and female changing/locker room attendants, ensuring courteous and quality service
  • Maintain accurate records and control of towels, toiletries, and locker keys
  • Manage the centralized lost-and-found system, ensuring proper reporting, recording, and return procedures
  • Prepare the weekly duty roster for Housekeeping staff
  • Receive, monitor, and distribute stocks according to Housekeeper’s procedures
  • Conduct routine inspections of changing/locker rooms and members’ toilets, and report repair/maintenance needs to the M&E team
  • Assist in preparing, setting up, and decorating for club events, functions, festive seasons, and special occasions
  • Perform any other related duties as assigned by the Housekeeper and Facilities Manager
