Job summary

SG MANPOWER SPECIALIST PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced housekeeping supervisor to oversee the housekeeper team, plan rosters and schedules, and ensure cleanliness and sanitation across the facility.

You will also manage stock, service maintenance, and linen room operations, while supporting management with extra duties as needed. The role requires hands-on leadership, good interpersonal skills, and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of similar housekeeping experience.
• Good knowledge of cleaning procedures and use of cleaning agents.
• Hands-on when required.
• Positive work attitude, team player with strong interpersonal skills and multitasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train housekeepers.
• Plan and prepare the roster and work schedules for the department.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, maintenance and sanitation.
• Control stock of cleaning materials and toiletries.
• Check all housekeeping machinery monthly.
• Arrange and follow up on any maintenance as and when required.
• Supervise the linen room operations as and when required.
• Perform any other related duties as assigned by the management.
