Job summary

Pontiac Land is seeking a diligent cleaning professional to perform daily and periodic cleaning in washrooms, offices and common areas across our properties in Singapore. Responsibilities include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, sanitizing high-touch surfaces, restocking toiletries, and reporting maintenance issues.

Job Description

• Perform daily and periodic cleaning tasks in assigned washrooms, offices and common areas as directed by Supervisors, including:
  o Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
  o Cleaning furniture and fixtures
  o Wiping and sanitizing mirrors, walls, and partitions
  o Thorough cleaning and disinfecting of high touchpoint areas
  o Restocking consumable toiletries
  o Cleaning entrance and exit doors and associated fixtures
  o Reporting any minor maintenance repairs, damages, or incidents of vandalism
  o Maintain cleanliness of janitor rooms and ensure proper maintenance of cleaning equipment and tools
• Collect and replenish of consumable stocks in assigned storage areas
• Uphold and adhere to all current emergency, safety and fire procedures
• Carry out additional duties as assigned or required by Supervisors or management
